Terms Purchase & Refund Policies

When you offer products (digital or physical) for sale online, it doesn't really make sense to try to track down a contract for every purchase. But that doesn't mean you don't want an agreement! The customer needs to agree to refund and return policies, and intellectual property protections to name a couple, at the time of purchase.
